Uniform Security Deposit:

The Brophy Lacrosse Club spends a large amount of time seeking return of uniforms.  When those uniforms are not returned, despite all efforts, the following year’s members’ dues must be used to pay for the replacement uniforms.  After discussing this situation, the Board of Directors of the Brophy Lacrosse Club voted to create a security deposit requirement for all players.

At the time of tryouts, this form will be distributed and notice will otherwise be given of the security deposit requirement.  A security deposit of $75 for the varsity uniforms plus club pennie and $50 for the JV uniforms plus club pennie will be required.  Checks in those sums will need to be provided by the players or the players’ families at the time uniforms are handed out to the players.  Should any financial assistance be needed, please contact President Melanie Bucon.

The checks will not be deposited, only held by the Club.  Upon return of the uniform and club pennie, the check will be returned.  If the uniform and pennie are not returned, the check shall be cashed.

Kairos:

Please be sure to schedule your Kairos week for the Fall Semester of your senior year.  Submit your request as early as possible. Junior leadership Kairos, please let the coach know your plans as early as possible.
