Team Photos: Take digital photos of action play at your son's game and email the photos to Larry Tree for posting to the website and newsletters. Not all photos will be posted but, it would be good to get photos for each team. For Team Photo Day, this is a one day only job. Volunteers would assist with organizing the players for Photographs at school in January or early February.
Concessions: Volunteers would staff the concession stand for Varsity games. Volunteers will assist Coordinator with purchasing concession stand products.
Web writers: Team members and/or parents from each team to write and submit articles of interest to Caroline Panzarella about the game and the team for posting on the website and in newsletters.
Game Day Water- Be close to the action! We need volunteers for each team and each game. Volunteers need to be members of US Lacrosse to be in the side line area,

Volunteers bring the large orange water coolers and squirt bottles to the field for home games, bring water and ice or fill at school, and dispense water to squirt water bottles (in handled bottle tray). It is also the volunteer's responsibility to clean equipment between games. Home teams are required to provide water in the Orange Cooler to Away teams as well. Squirt bottles should accompany our team to away games.
Varsity Team Dinners: Varsity team dinners are held following the last practice before selected games during the season. Last year some dinners were hosted at homes and others were hosted at Streets of New York, near the school. The purpose of the dinners is for team bonding and game video review (if available). Dinners are limited to 90 minutes.
Tournament Coordinator: Work with Debbie LaPrade to make arrangements for travel, meals, room assignments and chaparones for out of state varsity tournaments. These are amazing team bonding events!
Pre-Game Meals, JV and Developmental Teams: This will need to be underwritten. If we are able to get enough volunteers, we plan to host pre-game meals for the Junior Varsity and Developmental Team. This is a great bonding experience for the boys and gets them focused on the game ahead. Pre-game meals will most likely be served at the picnic tables in front of the school.
